Purchasing & Shipping Executive

Responsible for managing end-to-end purchasing and logistics operations to ensure timely supply and delivery of FMCG products. Source and procure products based on demand and inventory levels Coordinate with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and on-time delivery Arrange import/export shipments and liaise with freight forwarders Prepare and manage shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, permits, etc.) Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., food safety, customs) Monitor inventory and support stock replenishment planning Track shipments and resolve delivery or supply issues Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and operations teams for smooth execution ✅ Key Focus Fast-moving inventory management Timely replenishment & delivery Cost control and supplier efficiency Compliance with FMCG regulations 5.5 days alt sat work week Company transport : lakeside mrt
