Job Scope Support the Sales Manager in managing key accounts, handling sales operations, and ensuring smooth coordination between customers and internal teams Support sales activities, including quotations, follow-ups, and order processing Maintain relationships with existing customers and respond to enquiries promptly Coordinate customer requirements with design, procurement, and production teams Track project progress and update customers regularly Support festive campaign planning and execution Preferred competencies and qualifications Good communication and coordination skills Organised and detail-oriented Experience in corporate gifts and sales support preferred Familiar with Excel and project coordination
