BIM Senior Coordinator/Assistant Manager

Responsibilities: Support the development and implementation of BIM Execution Plans (BEP)and project BIM strategies Oversee multi-disciplinary model coordination (Architectural, Structural, MEP),reviewing models to ensure accuracy, constructability, and data integrity Guide clash detection processes and ensure timely resolution of coordination issues Collaborate with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure that models are in line construction plans and project schedules Adhere to BIM standards and protocols, maintaining model quality and integrity Requirements: Diploma or higher education qualification in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience Minimum 5-8 years of practical BIM experience in construction projects Experience on producing shop drawings (Structure / Architectural / MEP) Self-driven and good time management Excellent communication skills Good IT Skills and willingness to learn to and use new software / technology Experience in adoption of BIM processes in large construction projects from tender to completion of project will be an advantage
