Supervisior

We are looking for a hands-on Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our shop. Responsible for ensuring smooth store operations, managing fresh produce Key Responsibilities: Manage opening/closing procedures and ensure store is clean, organised, and compliant with food hygiene standards. Monitor stock levels of dry goods and fresh produce. Perform regular stock-takes and manage wastage. Liaise with suppliers to place orders, negotiate prices and verify the quality of incoming deliveries. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally. Assist with cashier duties during peak hours. supervise and train retail assistants/cashiers. Manage duty rosters and staff performance Ensure all products are correctly priced and attractively displayed to drive sales
