Job Summary: The HR & Admin Officer with accounting knowledge is responsible for managing human resources functions, administrative operations, and basic accounting tasks to ensure efficient organizational functioning. Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese is preferred to facilitate effective communication with diverse teams and stakeholders. This role involves recruitment, employee relations, compliance, administrative support, and financial record-keeping. Key Responsibilities: Human Resources Duties: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and training processes. Maintain accurate employee records, files, and HR databases. Administer payroll processing, benefits, attendance, and leave management. Handle employee relations, resolve grievances, and promote a positive work environment. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Prepare HR reports and analytics. Administrative Duties: Manage correspondence, documentation, and filing systems. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and company events. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation. Communicate with vendors, service providers, and external stakeholders. Implement and enforce company policies and procedures. Handle general administrative queries and issues. Accounting & Finance Tasks: Maintain financial records, including petty cash, invoices, and receipts. Assist in basic bookkeeping and financial data entry. Support accounts payable and receivable processes. Help prepare financial reports and summaries. Reconcile bank statements and monitor financial transactions. Assist in budget tracking and expense management. Collaborate with external auditors or accountants as needed.
