Job Summary Join SHING DESIGN ATELIER as an architect to lead and collaborate on innovative design projects, ensuring technical excellence and compliance while fostering a creative, growth-oriented studio culture. Responsibilities Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative, high-quality architectural design solutions that meet client needs and project goals Ensure all designs comply with Singapore’s building codes, regulations, and industry standards to guarantee project approval and safety Plan, coordinate, and manage project workflows, maintaining active involvement throughout design development and execution phases Lead project meetings and client presentations, effectively communicating design concepts and serving as a primary liaison Cultivate a studio culture that encourages innovation, knowledge sharing, and professional development among team members Required competencies and certifications Degree in Architecture recognised by the Board of Architects, Singapore Preferred competencies and qualifications Strong knowledge of Singapore’s building codes, regulatory requirements, and authority submission processes Solid understanding of architectural detailing, working drawings, and construction methodologies Proficiency in Archicad BIM software and design tools such as SketchUp and Enscape. Excellent design presentation, communication, and leadership skills Positive attitude, self-motivated, and committed to continuous learning
