Job Description To support the design, development, delivery and deployment of relevant, high-quality educational learning assets and experiences. Responsibilities Work closely with team members to conceptualise, design and create quality digital learning assets and experiences to support blended and self-directed learning. Develop and program all components necessary for the successful deployment of a learning asset using various authoring tools Create and deliver graphics and multimedia assets such as animated videos that support and enhance performance focused learning Maintain, update, and/or revamp existing e-learning materials Conduct research on available digital learning assets and experiences and new market trends Manage project schedules and budgets, and perform ad-hoc duties Requirements Minimum ITE or Diploma in Instructional Design and Technology, Education and Training, Information Technology, or Multimedia Design Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Captivate, Blackboard, HTML-based applications, Composica, Camtasia and Articulate Familiarity with courseware design and development processes An eye for detail and accuracy in work Able to work independently and in a team Strong interpersonal and communication skills Able to multi-task and adhere to project timelines Interested candidates are invited to apply online with a comprehensive resume and portfolio of works.
