Project Manager

Key Responsibilities: To oversee projects undertaken by the Group within schedule, cost, and quality. Responsible to manage each phase of project from design to completion and ensuring efficient use of resources. Liaise with the clients, sub-contractors and consultants on all project matters and ensure engineers, supervisors and foremen meets client and regulatory requirements. Verify payment, settle site disputes and planning for site facilities. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Ensure Environmental, Safety and Health practices are always carried out. Requirements: Degree in Civil Engineering, preferably recognizable by Institute of Engineers Board, Singapore. 2 to 5 years of relevant experience as Project Manager in Construction Industry especially on Civil Engineering. Entry level candidates will be considered for Project Engineer role. Preferably own transport with Class 3 or Motorbike driving license.
