Project Supervisor / Coordinator / Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities Preparing, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring the assigned engineering projects Interacting with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and representing them in the field. Request for information, follow up with owner response to sub requesting information Perform overall quality control of the work (schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status to manager Assign responsibilities (daily and weekly plans) to workers Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and team members Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards Ability to work with multiple discipline projects and monitor job schedules Supporting both in house projects as well as active projects for client Requirements Self-motivated and able to multi-task Supervision skills, decision-making abilities and leadership skills Able to work independently and with team members Good communication skills Microsoft 365 (eg. Excel, Word and Power Point - basic) Other requirements : (Optional) With or without experience (Provide training and course) Knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD With or without class 3 license
