About the team The Social Media & Content team is responsible for managing Shopee owned platforms and creating content that drives reach, engagement, and in-app traffic. We leverage social content to drive awareness for campaigns and platform initiatives, while optimising performance through data-driven insights. Responsibilities Conceptualise and produce engaging and branded social content Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ideate, develop and execute video content for campaigns and branding videos Execute all assigned production tasks, including producing, video editing, and other production-related duties Expand engaging content across our platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other Social media platforms) Assist with streamlining social media accounts to ensure uniform content and tone of voice Track, monitor and understand content performance through insights and analytics Perform community building proactively by monitoring and replying to followers Requirements Currently pursuing a/enrolled in Bachelor's Degree in Communications/ Marketing or related field Funny and creative individual who loves social media and the Internet Exemplary organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines Creative, curious, and analytical Excellent verbal and written communication skills Interest in marketing, communications, social media and reputation management Fast learner and hands-on executor with a positive attitude Knowledge of creative softwares such as Premiere Pro, After Effec ts, Illustrator, Photoshop & Canva are a bonus
