Business Development Intern - [FMCG - Toys, Kids & Babies] (Fall 2026)

Responsibilities Assist Key Account Managers (KAMs) to support campaigns, brand activations and strategic initiatives that will drive growth in the Toys, Kids and Babies category. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities within the category Analyze sales and campaign performance, prepare reports, presentations & insights Coordinate with internal teams to roll out campaigns and initiatives Support day-to-day communications with external stakeholders; assisting them in their needs and maintaining a positive relationship Learn firsthand how global and local brands operate in the ecommerce space Requirements Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in any related discipline Keen and fast learner with a genuine curiosity about e-commerce and about the Toys, Kids and Babies industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders Strong analytical and comfortable working with data, Microsoft Excel skills will be advantageous Detail-oriented, collaborative and proactive, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Creative thinker with a willingness to contribute ideas Relevant experience in e-commerce is a plus Knowledge of local industries will be a plus Full-time interns
