Responsibilities Loading and unloading of goods onto vehicle according to delivery order Ensuring safe receipt, retrieval and dispatching of goods Delivering goods to our customers in a safe, courteous, and timely manner Establishing and maintaining excellent customer service during delivery Compliance to internal standard operating procedures during delivery Reporting to immediate reporting manager when encountering problems in day-to-day operations Requirements Hold a Class 3 or 3A License, with validity of at least 2 years Prior experience in goods or parcel delivery (high volume preferred) Good knowledge of Singapore roads/clusters. Working hours: 5 working days between Monday - Sunday: 9am - 7pm Off Days: 2 off days per week
