User Growth Intern, Singapore Marketing (Fall 2026)

About the team We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Marketing intern to join our Singapore Marketing User Growth team. In this User Growth role, you will play a pivotal role in designing and executing campaigns to optimise traffic, Share of Voice (SOV), buyer conversion, and longer-term retention, while ensuring smooth project operations to drive user engagement. Responsibilities CRM: Support campaign management to reduce customer churn rate - scope includes execution, data management and analysis New User: Maintenance of in-app touchpoints to encourage new buyer acquisition Online Marketing: Assist ad campaign execution to boost Shopee's SOV and drive orders - scope involves copywriting, visual creation, and performance tracking and optimisation Weekly Competitor Tracking: Assist in competitor analysis and reporting to inform strategic decisions Requirements Currently pursuing Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field Strong stakeholder and project management skills; able to manage multiple projects Comfortable with data, quantitative analysis and performance metrics; Excel proficiency is a plus Self-motivated, fast learner with a proactive approach and end-to-end ownership of projects Thrives in a dynamic environment Commitment of 3-6 months – Full-time interns preferred
