Project Management Office (PMO) & Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Intern - Warehouse, Cross Border E-commerce (Fall 2026)

Responsibilities Work with cross-functional stakeholders to improve regional warehouse billing to sellers’ standard operating procedures (SOPs) and lead related internal process improvement projects Conduct detailed cost analysis to improve overall financial performance of Cross Border warehouses in each market Collaborate with regional operations team and local warehouse team to drive cost reduction initiatives Conduct market research and competitor analysis on industry standard of fulfillment fees/services Assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly management reports Requirements Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field are preferred Strong analytical skills, hypothesis-driven, structured and methodical problem solver Strong stakeholder management skills, excellent organisational and time management skills Keen interest in e-commerce with an interest in numbers
