Strategic Talent Acquisition Intern - People Team (Summer 2026)

Responsibilities Support the fulfilment of strategy consulting talents across Southeast Asian markets, mainly, and other group business and markets on an ad hoc basis Source talents from top strategy consulting firms globally via Linkedin and other channels Conduct benchmarking research and analysis on talent markets, progression, compensation, etc to support hiring decisions Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring seamless communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience Maintain accurate and organised candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Requirements Currently pursuing /enrolled in Bachelor's or Master's Degree in any discipline Having a passion for talent acquisition and strategy consulting Accountable, reliable, and detail-oriented Objective-oriented, team player, and eager to learn Full-time interns preferred (3–12 months)
