Operations Excellence Intern, SG Warehouse (Fall 2026)

Responsibilities Develop and analyse Value Stream Maps for critical warehouse processes (Inbound, Outbound, and Inventory) to pinpoint inefficiencies and drive process improvements Perform time studies on operational workflows to identify optimisation opportunities and recommend efficiency enhancements Ensure the accuracy and currency of Warehouse Maps by updating existing layouts and creating detailed new drawings when required Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing operational performance and boosting productivity Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement projects and resolve operational challenges through innovative and practical solutions Requirements Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related fields Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint Strong oral and written communication skills Positive team player who thrives in dynamic and collaborative environments Full-time interns between 3 to 6 months preferred
