Branding & Partnerships Specialist, Singapore Marketing

About the team We are looking for a Branding & Partnerships Specialist to join our Singapore Marketing – Brand & Communications Team. This role will focus on strategic marketing initiatives in the form of partnerships or brand collaborations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in partnerships, offline marketing, and budget planning, with the ability to drive impactful branding efforts. Responsibilities Manage and grow both new and existing relationships with top brands and organisations in Singapore, to deliver win-win partnerships on branding, engagement, and user acquisition Research, identify and implement new partnership models for marketing Conceptualise, develop and execute partnership campaigns, ensuring smooth and timely execution of campaigns Coordinate marketing resources with multiple teams to deliver campaign results Review and analyse performance of partnerships for each campaign and gather insights for improvements and new opportunities Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in communications, marketing, or related technical field Relevant experience working in marketing and partnerships roles, with a strong track record of building relationships and project management Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to connect with a diversity of stakeholders Able to manage multiple projects from end-to-end and timelines effectively Able to analyse data and derive actionable insights that guide business decisions Able to pay attention to detail and bring onboard different perspectives and generate fresh solutions Able to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative work environment to achieve team objectives
