About the team Shopee will be prioritizing applicants who have a current right to work in Singapore , and do not require Shopee sponsorship of a visa . Responsibilities Collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders from Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and Business to bring ideas to life Support the ideation and execution of product strategy with cross-functional teams to drive overall business impact while ensuring good user experience Create product solutions for both internal and external end-users; initiate, analyse, propose, launch and maintain app products Work with data to understand customer behaviour and performance of features; be data-driven in estimating size of impact and determining prioritisation Gather insights on product adoption/improvements, track KPIs, identify key metrics and propose further iterations Help deliver product solutions with high business impact, working closely with designers and engineers throughout the development process Take ownership of the product development lifecycle and ensure timely delivery of products Requirements Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science and Mathematics or a related science/tech field preferred Self-starter mentality with ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic and agile working environment Effectively communicate complex business/technical information with different audiences verbally or in writing Good critical thinking and data-based decision-making skills Adaptable, open-minded, quick learner Care deeply about user experience and business impact for both Shopee and the ecommerce ecosystem Full-time interns preferred Part-time interns who can commit at least 3 working days a week are also welcome to apply
