Locker Acquisition Executive - Business Development, SPX Express (1-Year Contract)

Responsibilities Acquisition & Business Development: Identify and secure new locker deployment opportunities across strategic locations, and manage full acquisition cycle Be part of the acquisition team to expand SPX Locker network coverage and achieve effective acquisition practices Monitor and analyse locker performance and operational metrics to provide solutions that optimise network productivity and target achievement Work with team managers to define, implement and execute growth strategy Strategic Initiatives & Process Improvement: Partner with relevant teams and external stakeholders such as landlords and site partners to ensure smooth deployment execution and satisfactory customer experience Lead in-team projects to set up improvement processes and execute new initiatives Requirements Bachelors degree in any discipline Experience in logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce industry is preferred Prior experience in sales or business development will be advantageous Good communication capability and enjoy client facing work Strong business acumen and analytical skills Proactive and self-driven, capable of working independently and collaboratively in a team
