Senior Product Data Analyst, Shop Chatbot & AI Chat

Responsibilities Collect, clean, and analyze chatbot interaction and user behavior data to identify key trends and business issues Design and maintain dashboards and reports to support product, operations, and engineering teams Monitor key performance metrics (e.g., intent recognition rate, response time, user satisfaction) and provide actionable insights Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and engineers to support business decisions and product improvements Contribute to model evaluation and A/B test analysis, generating insights for continuous system optimization Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above in any discipline; majors in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields are preferred Minimum 3 years of working experience with SQL, A/B testing and, prior project experience with large datasets Familiarity with Python, R, or other data analysis tools is a plus Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) is an advantage Strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and team spirit Passion or interest in chatbot products, AI technologies, or natural language processing is a plus
