Product Designer - Enterprise Efficiency

Responsibilities Design features independently for various internal systems, collaborating closely with senior designers and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with user requirements and business objectives. Conduct thorough user research independently to gather insights and understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs autonomously, adhering to the Enterprise Efficiency Team's design principles and branding guidelines. Maintain and enhance design systems and components to ensure consistency and scalability across all internal systems. Embrace mentorship opportunities and actively seek feedback to continuously learn and grow as a product designer within a collaborative and innovative Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred. 2+ years of industrial experience in UX/UI design, demonstrating the ability to work independently and deliver high-quality design solutions. Proven track record of understanding user requirements and translating them into intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools as needed. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Proactive attitude with a passion for taking on challenges and driving impactful design solutions forward. Experience with ToB (business-to-business) systems is a plus. #LI-EO1
