AI Business Product Manager - Regional Marketplace Operations

Responsibilities Identify AI opportunities in Operations workflows (productivity, quality, cost, risk) and lead Proof of Concept (PoC) development to validate impact and scalability Design and support rollout of organic AI use cases, Standard Operating Procedures, and playbooks for Operations teams. Run demonstrations, training, and onboarding sessions to increase AI tool adoption. Coordinate cross-functional AI initiatives (planning, follow-ups, timelines, status). Collect user feedback and performance data to improve AI solutions. Help define and track Key Performance Indicators for AI adoption and impact. Support basic AI governance activities (usage guidelines, guardrails, documentation) Requirements Bachelor's Degree or above, preferably in Business Analytics, Statistics, and Engineering Minimum 1 year experience in Operations, Business Ops, Project Management, Business Analysis, or similar. Effective communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders from diverse backgrounds Basic understanding of AI products (e.g. what LLMs can / cannot do, typical business use cases) Good business sense – able to understand workflows, pain points, and success metrics. Project coordination skills – comfortable organising tasks, following up with stakeholders, and keeping projects on track. Able to work with spreadsheets / dashboards, slice data, and draw simple insights.
