We are looking for a Recruitment Operations and Research Intern to support the recruitment team in identifying and engaging top talent across different markets. This role offers hands-on exposure to talent sourcing, market mapping, and recruitment operations, including interview coordination and stakeholder management. Responsibilities Review and screen candidate profiles and resumes to assess alignment with role requirements and hiring criteria Support recruitment operations, including candidate eligibility checks, interview scheduling, and coordination with candidates and hiring teams Manage interview logistics, including scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end interview process Conduct talent research and market mapping to identify potential candidate pools and understand talent trends Support recruiters in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, job portals, and other channels, while building and maintaining talent pipelines Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), gather interview feedback, and support reporting and process improvements Requirements Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline Have a passion for people, talent acquisition and culture Have a strong affinity for critical thinking, problem-solving, and result-orientation Being able to demonstrate excellent communication competencies (oral and written), in a culturally diverse environment Hardworking, meticulous, highly accountable and reliable Good team player, positive attitude, motivated and eager to learn Full-time interns preferred
