About the team The Business Development and Partnerships teams at Shopee are dynamic and energetic. The teams are always looking to acquire business opportunities to drive Shopee to be the No. 1 e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee’s buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices. Responsibilities Take full accountability for the Beauty category P&L and deliver against targets. Craft and implement the category strategy aligned to broader business objectives. Hire, coach, and elevate a high-performing category team; oversee development and performance management. Work seamlessly with local and regional counterparts to execute initiatives. Track category trends and understand both seller and buyer behaviors to inform decisions. Identify, establish, and scale strategic partnerships within the local ecosystem. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in any discipline Minimum two years of working experience with a top-tier strategy consulting firm Experienced in the beauty or FMCG category is a plus Strong communication and senior stakeholder management Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills Strong business acumen Ability to work in a dynamic environment
