About the team Service by Shopee (SBS) is Shopee Singapore's first-party retail business, responsible for growing and curating a competitive product assortment that gives buyers access to the widest range of products at the best prices. We work closely with suppliers and brand partners to bring high-quality listings onto the platform. ​ We're a driven, close-knit team that moves fast and thinks commercially. Whether it's identifying the next opportunity, building a new category from the ground up, or deepening partnerships with key suppliers, everyone on the team plays a meaningful role in strengthening Shopee's position as Southeast Asia's leading e-commerce platform. Responsibilities Identify white-space categories or brands not currently on platform Build pipeline of prospective suppliers and conduct business development pitches Evaluate assortment and negotiate with suppliers for better commercial terms Manage onboarding - including legal documentation, account setup, and SKU listing creations Work with team managers to define, implement and execute growth strategy Requirements Pursuing a Bachelor's in Business or a related field Proficient in Microsoft Excel Organised and detail-oriented, with strong follow-through Comfortable with outreach and engaging with external parties Full-time for 3 to 6 months (preferred), open to part-time
