Retail Sales Associate

Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a passion for providing good customer service, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. This role includes both sales and cashiering responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: Greet customers warmly and provide good customer service. Assist customers in finding products, answering inquiries, and offering product recommendations. Operate the cash register, handle transactions accurately, and process various forms of payment. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and cashier area. Stock and replenish merchandise on shelves and displays as needed. Assist with inventory counts and tagging new merchandise. Handle customer returns and exchanges in a friendly and efficient manner. Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and store policies. Requirements: Previous retail or cashiering experience is a plus but not required (training will be provided). Fresh graduates from Nitec or Higher Nitec are welcome. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.
