Job Summary Support the planning and execution of events, campaigns, and media initiatives by assisting with event coordination, publicity, content creation, and promotional activities to enhance community outreach and engagement. Responsibilities Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing company events such as health talks, charity programmes, fundraising events, exhibitions, and internal activities to ensure smooth operations. Coordinate with vendors to secure bookings, manage event materials, and prepare necessary documents for event readiness. Support on-site event logistics, including registration, setup, breakdown, guest reception, photography, and videography to maintain seamless event flow. Communicate clearly and professionally with vendors, sponsors, volunteers, internal teams, and attendees to facilitate collaboration and resolve issues. Create, update, and coordinate promotional materials, including posters, brochures, banners, and digital content. Assist in managing the organisation's website and social media platforms by preparing and publishing event updates, photos, videos, and promotional content. Support the development of marketing materials, newsletters, press releases, and other communication materials to promote the organisation's programmes and initiatives. Manage event inventory and promotional materials to ensure availability and proper usage during events. Track event expenses and assist in compiling post-event reports, media coverage summaries, and event evaluations. Ensure event setups and promotional materials comply with the organisation's branding guidelines and quality standards. Perform additional duties assigned by the event and media team to support overall organisational objectives. Preferred Competencies and Qualifications Associate's degree or above in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Media, Public Relations, or a related field. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or project management tools to support event coordination. Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva) and basic photo/video editing skills will be an advantage. Strong organisational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Ability to multitask and maintain composure under pressure in dynamic event settings. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders. Flexible to work evenings or weekends during events to meet operational demands. Passionate about event management, media communications, and community service, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
