Head of Operations, Smart Infrastructure – Buildings (Singapore) The Head of Operations is a senior leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence across project execution and service delivery. This role bridges commercial strategy with technical execution, ensuring sustainable business performance, customer success, and a high-performing, engaged organization. You’ll make a difference by: Driving operational strategy: Define and execute the Operations and Service strategy for SI Buildings Singapore, aligning local goals with regional/global priorities while partnering with the Country Leadership Team for sustainable, profitable growth. Overseeing end-to-end execution: Take ownership of project and service delivery, ensuring discipline and consistency in project management, contract performance, and quality standards to guarantee customer success. Managing financial and operational performance: Maintain rigorous accountability for key financial and operational KPIs, including revenue, profitability, and productivity, while proactively driving improvements. Transforming leadership and team culture: Lead, mentor, and build capability across Project Management, Project Services, and Customer Service functions to foster a high-performing, inclusive, and motivated work environment. Driving cross-functional synergy: Partner with Sales, Engineering, and Service teams to resolve structural or behavioral barriers, improving project handovers and fostering a “ONE Tech” mindset across the business. Managing risk and continuous improvement: Act as the final escalation point for critical issues, conducting root cause analysis and implementing digital adoption, automation, and standardization initiatives to enhance efficiency.
