Transaction Management: Oversee and process day-to-day accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including verifying invoices, preparing payments, and issuing billing statements. Reconciliation & Reporting: Review and execute bank reconciliations, ledger account checks, and support month-end and year-end closing processes. Audit & Compliance: Ensure financial practices comply with statutory regulations and assist with internal and external audits. Administrative & Supervisory Duties Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor junior accounting and clerical staff, managing work schedules, assigning tasks, and evaluating performance. Office Coordination: Streamline daily office operations, such as answering inquiries, managing vendor correspondence, and maintaining accurate filing systems.
