About this role
[Part-time position - 3 days per week] 💰 up to $3000/month | ⏳ 6-months Contract Looking for a detail-oriented and organised individual to support organisation’s general administrative and finance duties. Job Responsibilities Handle general administrative duties, including but not limited to: daily office operations, document filing management, meeting arrangements, meeting material preparation, travel reservations, office supplies management, visitor reception. Responsible for daily financial reconciliation work (excluding bookkeeping), focusing on daily account reconciliation, data verification, and report review to ensure all financial data and documents are maintained in an accurate, complete, and timely manner. Organizing and filing of company’s financial records in an orderly manner. Support management team in monitoring budget, reconciliation of expenses and other cashflow movement, as to provide accurate financial data for decision making. Assisting HR department with administrative matters such as maintaining office supplies records, staff reimbursements, and related works. Assist with any other administrative tasks related to company operations. Job requirements possesses a bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, management or related fields. At least 3 years of relevant work experience involving administrative tasks related to finance; experience in a multinational company environment is preferred Strong multilingual communication skills; proficiency in Chinese, English, and Malay is a plus. Familiar with basic Singapore financial regulations; strong sense of responsibility; good data verification and communication coordination skills. Able to handle both administrative and basic financial tasks with attention to detail and organization. Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
