Ø Install, configure, andmaintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment. Ø Assist with user accountsetup, password resets, and software installation. Ø Support Windows operatingsystems and Microsoft 365 applications. Ø Monitor system performanceand identify opportunities to improve IT processes. Ø Assist with basic networktroubleshooting and connectivity issues. Ø Maintain IT assetinventory, documentation, and equipment records. Ø Prepare and organizetechnical documentation, reports, and filing. Ø Participate in IT projects,system upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives. Ø Collaborate with the ITteam to support daily business and manufacturing operations. Ø Perform other IT andadministrative tasks as assigned. 🎯 We'reLooking for Someone Who Is v Currently pursuing aDiploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, InformationSystems, or a related field. v Passionate about technologyand eager to learn. v Curious, resourceful, andenjoys solving technical problems. v Self-motivated and able towork independently as well as in a team. v Organized with stronganalytical skills and attention to detail. v Comfortable communicatingwith users and providing customer-focused support. ⭐ BonusSkills (Nice to Have) èBasic knowledge of computerhardware, Windows OS, or networking. èFamiliarity with Microsoft365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint, PowerApps, Power Automate, Teams). èUnderstanding printers,scanners, or basic IT troubleshooting. èExperience with Windowsinstallation or computer assembly is an advantage.
