We’re Hiring – Hair Salon Manager Location: Singapore Job Description Silvotino Hair Salon is seeking an experienced, passionate, and results-driven Hair Salon Manager to oversee our salon operations and lead our professional team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing staff, and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities * Oversee the day-to-day operations of the salon. * Lead, supervise, and motivate hairstylists and salon staff. * Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction. * Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies. * Manage staff scheduling, recruitment, and performance evaluations. * Monitor inventory, order salon products, and liaise with suppliers. * Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and workplace safety. * Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently. * Achieve monthly sales and business performance targets. * Ensure compliance with Singapore’s employment and workplace regulations. Requirements * Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the hair salon industry, including managerial experience. * Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Proven ability to manage salon operations and achieve business goals. * Knowledge of hair styling trends, salon services, and retail products. * Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving skills. * Willing to work weekends and public holidays when required.
