Rebar Supervisor

Job Summary Rebar Supervisors oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of reinforcing steel installation on construction sites, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity. Responsibilities Lead and motivate a team of rebar workers to achieve daily task completion and maintain smooth workflow Read and interpret construction drawings to prepare Bar Bending Schedules and update rebar shop drawings using AutoCAD for accurate project execution Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with building codes and enforce safety standards on site Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to manage delivery schedules and resolve site discrepancies efficiently Required competencies and certifications Possess WSQ Certification in supervising construction work for Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Demonstrate ability to lead and collaborate effectively with a team of foreign workers Preferred competencies and qualifications Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience Other Information Work schedule includes a 6-day work week
