About this role

Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner. Handle cashiering duties, including processing payments, issuing receipts, and managing cash transactions accurately. Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and ensure all transactions are recorded correctly. Provide information on products, services, promotions, and customer enquiries. Attend to customer feedback and resolve basic issues promptly. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area. Assist with bookings, reservations, registrations, or administrative tasks where required. Perform daily opening and closing duties, including cash reconciliation. Support team members with general operational tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. Follow company policies, service standards, and safety procedures. Requirements Minimum secondary education or equivalent. Prior experience in cashiering, front desk, customer service, or retail/hospitality operations is preferred. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Able to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly. Customer-focused with a positive and helpful attitude. Basic computer and POS system knowledge. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays if required. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Good problem-solving skills. Experience handling customer enquiries and service requests.
