Job Summary You will lead and coordinate construction workers on-site, assign daily tasks, monitor progress, and resolve worker issues, collaborating closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities Assign daily tasks to construction workers and monitor their work progress to meet project timelines Supervise and coordinate construction workers on-site to maintain productivity and safety standards Collaborate effectively with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to align work activities with project goals Address and resolve worker issues promptly, including direct communication at dormitories when necessary Preferred competencies and qualifications Experience supervising foreign workers to enhance team management and communication Strong leadership and manpower management skills Able to work independently and under pressure to meet tight schedules
