Provide 24/7 technical advice and support to Technical Handling Agents and flight crews to rectify aircraft defects. Manage flight delays and Aircraft on Ground (AOG) situations while coordinating with various engineering and operations departments. Must be a Licensed Aircraft Engineer with preferably 10 or more years of experience in line work. Requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work on a 24/7 shift rotation.
