Job Summary Support finance operations by managing fixed assets, processing collections and payments, assisting system implementations, and providing audit and administrative support to ensure accurate financial records and compliance. Responsibilities Map old fixed asset numbers to new fixed asset lists to maintain accurate asset records Verify PPE (FA) lists against physical fixed assets to ensure inventory accuracy Tag and track fixed assets to support asset management and control Perform daily collection closing on a weekly basis to reconcile cash flow Generate and input counter system collection reports into Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) for accurate financial tracking Assist in implementing new counter systems and integrating income reports into BC system to improve financial processes Match and update accounts payable invoices and process payments through BC system to maintain vendor accounts Liaise with banks to manage fixed deposit placements for optimal fund utilization Support audit and finance administrative tasks to ensure compliance and accurate reporting Cover finance staff duties during colleagues’ leave to maintain operational continuity Execute other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Head of Department to support department objectives Preferred competencies and qualifications Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field Degree qualification is an advantage but not required Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central preferred for efficient task execution Experience with accounting principles and system implementation to support finance operations Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and identify discrepancies Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial records Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment 5-day work week (one weekday off and one weekend day off) Must be willing to work on public holidays as required Immediate availability preferred
