Clinic Assistant

Responsibilities: Provide prompt and quality frontline services to patients Register patients and manage patient consultation appointments Provide assistance on daily clinic operations Assist on patient Medisave and Private Integrated Shield Plan submission Attend to walk-in and phone enquiries Payment collection, cashiering and billing Requirements: GCE 'O' Level with minimum 3 credits At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position; Those with no experience are welcome to apply as on-the-job training will be provided as well. Relevant working experience in healthcare industry will be an extra advantage. Good team player, meticulous, service-oriented, and possess good interpersonal and communication skills. Able to multi-task. Able to converse and translate with Chinese-speaking patients (both locals and foreign patients), hence proficiency in Chinese is good to have. One (1) full-time position available. Workdays every Mondays to Fridays (office hours) with one hour lunch break and alternate Saturdays (half day) - Please note that working hours may vary slightly depending on the clinic's workload and operational needs. Work location: Located at Parkway Cancer Centre Clinic Level, #10-11/12 of Mount Elizabeth Orchard Hospital.
