Responsibilities: 1. Course Promotion: Identify and target potential clients, including individuals, corporations, educational institutions, and government agencies, to promote our portfolio of courses. Showcase the benefits and value proposition of our offerings to drive interest and engagement. 2. Lead Generation & Client Engagement. Plan and implement targeted marketing campaigns, industry outreach initiatives, and strategic partnerships with enterprises, trade associations and government agencies to generate qualified leads and expand the institution’s market reach. 3. Digital Marketing & Market Intelligence. Oversee digital marketing channels including social media, website content and email marketing. Maintain overwatch and analysing market trends, competitor activities, and learner insights to optimise campaign effectiveness and programme positioning. 4. Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor throughout the business development and sales process. Address any concerns or objections, provide timely assistance, and follow up on inquiries to nurture leads and drive conversions. 5. Sales Strategy and Business Development: Propose and execute Sale Strategy and Business Development to secure course enrolments, payment terms and enrolment procedures. Overcome objections to facilitate smooth course delivery. 6. Sales and Business Development Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of sales and business development pipeline activities, including prospecting efforts, client interactions and deal closure. Manage CRM to monitor sales and business development pipeline with key metrics for tracking, forecasts and performance. 7. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands related to course business development and sales. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities, emerging trends, and customer preferences. 8. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with marketing, course development, and customer support teams to align business development and sales efforts with organisational goals and strategies. Provide feedback on customer needs and market insights to inform product development and marketing initiatives. Requirements: • A good team player and results oriented. • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. • Minimum of 5 -7 years of experience in sales, business development, preferably with working experience in education industry. • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and KPIs. • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently with minimal supervision. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
