What the Role Is Be the source of courage, command, and control. As a SCDF Fire and Rescue Senior Officer, you will be professionally trained to be in control of challenging rescue incidents, and battling fire, chemical, biological, and radiological threats with innovative and cutting-edge technology. You will be involved in policy development and implementation to keep Singapore a safe and emergency ready nation. We believe in grooming our officers as leaders. Upon joining SCDF, you can look forward to securing stable full-time employment with an enticing remuneration package. Candidates can stand to earn between $5,821 to $6,997, inclusive of monthly frontline allowances. What we are looking for To qualify for direct entry as a Lieutenant, you must meet the following requirements:- A Degree in any discipline Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Applicants with NS obligations must be medically classified as PES B1 or above Minimum 'Pass' for IPPT Sign On Bonus As a successful applicant, you will receive a $15,000 sign-on bonus (subject to eligibility) upon emplacement.
