About this role

The Singapore Cricket Club (SCC) is seeking a dynamic and creative marketing leader to drive the Club's brand, communications, and sponsorship strategy. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to lead a small team, develop impactful campaigns, strengthen the Club's brand presence, and generate commercial opportunities through strategic partnerships. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the Marketing & Communications team comprising of the Marcom Executive and Graphic designer, providing direction, coaching, and leadership. Develop and execute integrated marketing, branding, communications, and public relations strategies. Lead the creative direction for all marketing campaigns and ensure consistent brand identity across all communication channels. Manage the Club's publications, website, social media, email marketing, and media relations. Develop and secure sponsorships, advertising, and commercial partnerships to support Club events and revenue growth. Work closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver high-quality marketing campaigns and member engagement initiatives. Manage the department's budget and evaluate campaign performance to maximize marketing effectiveness. Prepare reports, presentations, speeches, and corporate communications for Management and the General Committee. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related discipline. At least 8–10 years of relevant marketing, communications, branding, or public relations experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role. Proven experience in developing and executing successful integrated marketing campaigns. Demonstrated success in sponsorship acquisition, commercial partnerships, and revenue generation. Strong understanding of branding, creative development, and design principles. Strong knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) with the ability to guide and review creative work output. Excellent copywriting, presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in hospitality, sports, lifestyle, or membership-based organizations will be an advantage. Portfolio Required Applicants are required to submit a portfolio showcasing successful marketing campaigns, branding projects, creative work, and sponsorship initiatives.
