Tendering Support: Gathering quotes from suppliers and compiling data to help prepare tender and contract documents for bidding. Valuation of Works: Conducting site visits to measure and evaluate completed works and ensuring it matches the project specifications. Subcontractor Management: Preparing and processing interim payment applications and accounts for subcontractors. Variation Tracking: Identifying changes made to the original design, assessing their financial impact, and updating the project budget accordingly. Material Requisition: Tracking inventory on site and assisting the site management team in ordering additional materials as needed. Final Accounts: Assisting in the preparation and settlement of the final accounts, reconciling all costs, variations, and claims.
