Tea Barista (Full-Time)

As a growing company, we are constantly seeking talented individuals to join our team! Responsibilities: Prepare tea and beverages according to company recipes and quality standards. Provide friendly and efficient customer service. Take orders and handle cash / POS transactions accurately. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation. Comply food hygiene and safety regulations. Handle incoming calls and delivery orders accurately and promptly. Assist with stock preparation, replenishment, and basic inventory checks. Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations. Qualifications: No experience required; training will be provided. Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Willing to stand for long hours and perform light physical work. Positive attitude, responsible, and team-oriented. Able to communicate in basic English or Chinese to serve customers and communicate with colleagues in daily operations. Bonus: Prior F&B or customer service experience is an advantage. Candidates with Food Hygiene Cert will be an added advantage. Candidates with a shorter notice period will have an added advantage.
