Senior Associate, Sorc (Contract)

The Senior Associate is responsible for supporting the operational, administrative, and financial functions of SORC to ensure the effective and timely delivery of departmental projects. This role focuses on maintaining high standards in image and dataset management through structured quality reviews, basic annotation and data extraction, and systematic consolidation of project information to ensure accuracy, consistency, and accessibility. Job Responsibilities: Secretariat and Administrative Support : coordination and facilitation of meetings, preparation and documentation of minutes and follow-up on action items, manage documentation, filing systems, and departmental records Operational Support : perform image quality reviews, basic annotation, and data extraction to ensure accuracy and consistency, consolidate and manage project datasets and organise records, tracking SOP adherence, and ensuring audit readiness Financial, Procurement and Contractual Suppor t: support financial processes including invoicing, expense tracking, and budget submission preparation, assist in procurement activities and ensure proper documentation and compliance with policies, maintain contract documentation and filing Stakeholder Management : liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support project and operational requirements, facilitate smooth communication and coordination across teams. Other job duties that may assigned by the team or supervisors. *On-the-job training will be provided, and the candidate must be willing to travel to our Main Centre at Outram Park for training or work purposes when required Job Requirements: Minimum Diploma level holder, fresh Diploma graduate are welcome to apply Preferably in Business Studies or Business Management field Intermediate computer skills, familiar with use of computers and proficient in Microsoft Office applications 1 year working experience in Business or Healthcare administration is preferred Good organisational and documentation capabilities Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills
