You will team-up with us and take charge to deliver exceptional IT service management while ensuring seamless regulatory compliance and technical service excellence for learning management platforms and supporting solutions, used by staff and students. Provide end-to-end IT service management for learning management platforms and supporting solutions covering: Third-party/vendor, contract and budget management, Business-as-usual service level monitoring and management Government regulatory compliance Technical and operations support including incident, problem and change management Innovative process changes, improvements and automation through scripting/coding of technical tasks Lead, manage and deliver projects on-time and within budget, covering: Stakeholder engagement Technical solutioning and service design Procurement/tendering Change and transition management Lead as Government regulatory compliance officer to monitor and report on compliance of systems/applications deployed in SP Relevant qualifications in Computer Science and related disciplines Preferably more than 2 years of relevant experience as IT service manager handling cloud-based (SaaS) applications. Technical competencies: Demonstrate technical maturity in evaluating and accessing technologies to meet business needs Proficiency in adopting and responsibly leveraging AI tools and technologies including vibe coding to support, enhance, and improve work performance and productivity Demonstrated proficiency in scripting/coding in PowerShell/ Python, Power Apps/ Automate, Copilot Studio or other equivalent scripting languages. Understanding of networking fundamentals: TCP/IP and OSI model; familiar with common protocols such as DNS, DHCP, HTTP, SSH, SMTP, LDAP and TLS. Understanding of Cloud fundamentals: IaaS, PaaS and SaaS models; awareness of load balancers like ALB and NLB, as well as CDN. General competencies: Versatile and adaptable individual who is comfortable handling a different range of responsibilities and collaborating with diverse stakeholders in a dynamic environment Demonstrated ability to multitask, adapt quickly to new challenges, and maintain effective working relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication skills to engage stakeholders and end-users Self-driven, independent, professional and an excellent collaborator/partner in teams Successful candidate will be offered a 2-year contract in the first instance.
