Veterinary Technician (Poultry Operations)

The Veterinary Technician supports poultry health and welfare programmes by conducting flock health monitoring, assisting with vaccination and treatment activities, collecting samples for laboratory testing, maintaining health records, implementing biosecurity measures, and ensuring compliance with animal welfare, food safety, and regulatory requirements. The role works closely with veterinarians, farm management, and production teams to maintain optimal flock health and farm productivity. Key Responsibilities: Monitor poultry health and welfare. Assist in vaccination and medication programmes. Collect samples for laboratory analysis. Maintain health and treatment records. Implement biosecurity and disease prevention measures.
