Join Our Growing Team! As we continue to expand our operations, we are looking for a dynamic, resourceful, and motivated Resource Planner to join our Resource Planning Department. If you enjoy planning, coordinating people and resources, and working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Plan and schedule instructor deployments and daily assignments. Coordinate manpower and resources to ensure smooth daily operations. Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Provide daily operational and administrative support. Monitor project schedules and ensure timelines are met. Follow up with internal departments and stakeholders on work progress. Handle ad-hoc operational duties and planning assignments as required. Requirements Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience in resource planning, operations, scheduling, administration, or a similar field is an advantage. Candidates with operations experience from other industries are also encouraged to apply. Quick-thinking, resourceful, and able to make sound decisions under pressure. Able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and prompt responses. Excellent organisational, communication, and multitasking skills. Self-motivated, responsible, and eager to learn. Fresh graduates with the right attitude and willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
