As the Creative Events Executive, Social & Lifestyle, you will play a key role in planning and delivering the Club’s social and lifestyle events, signature programmes, and member engagement initiatives. Your creativity, coordination skills, and attention to detail will be essential as you develop fresh programme ideas, work with vendors, support budgeting and reporting, and ensure every event is delivered smoothly in line with the Club’s standards. Key Responsibilities: Event Planning & Execution Plan, organize, and deliver social and lifestyle events, activities, courses, and programmes from concept through post-event evaluation in line with the Club’s calendar and priorities. Develop creative event ideas, themes, and activity concepts to encourage member participation and community interaction. Prepare event proposals, project plans, timelines, run sheets and operational checklists. Coordinate key event logistics, including venues, vendors, schedules, programme flow, set-up, manpower, and operational requirements. Work with internal departments and external partners to ensure events are well organised, delivered on schedule, and aligned with the Club’s service standards. Support on-site event execution, including set-up checks, member registration, vendor coordination, programme flow, and troubleshooting where required. Prepare event budgets, quotations, Profit & Loss statements and budget tracking reports. Monitor attendance, KPIs, member feedback and return on investment. Perform other duties assigned by the Senior Manager or Management. Calendar & Budget Management Maintain and update the annual social and lifestyle events calendar, ensuring timely coordination and communication with relevant stakeholders. Monitor event budgets and expenses, source quotations where required, track costs, and support cost-effective execution of approved programmes. Member Engagement Engage members during programmes and events, respond to enquiries, and gather feedback to support programme improvement. Support community-building by ensuring positive member experience and encouraging participation in the Club’s social and lifestyle activities. Identify opportunities to improve event participation, programme variety, and overall member engagement. Creative & Programme Support Support the preparation of event proposals, programme briefs, activity plans, event materials, and related documentation. Coordinate with relevant teams or vendors on event-related materials such as posters, digital notices, signage, EDMs, and other communication collaterals where required. Keep updated on lifestyle, recreation, entertainment, and community trends to contribute fresh and relevant ideas for future programmes. Facilities Oversight Support the operation and upkeep of games room facilities, the playroom, games arcade, and other lifestyle activity areas in coordination with relevant teams. Assist in planning suitable activities or initiatives to encourage usage and engagement within these facilities. Administration & Reporting Maintain accurate event records, attendance lists, feedback summaries, reports, and cost-related documentation. Prepare post-event updates and support follow-up actions to ensure proper governance and continuous improvement. Support other operational duties as assigned by the HOD or Management. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Event Management, or related discipline, with good ECA/CCA records. 2–3 years of experience in lifestyle, social events, or event organising /management. Strong competencies in event management, project coordination, member engagement, vendor management, procurement, budgeting, and P&L administration. Resourceful, meticulous, independent, enthusiastic, organised, results-driven, customer-oriented, and able to multi-task. Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and prepare reports. Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proactive self-starter with an analytical and creative mind, and in tune with current lifestyle trends. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, and AI tools. Able to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple event requirements at the same time.
