The Director, Analytics & Insights leads the Consumer Group analytics, business intelligence, and insights function to enable data-driven decision-making, commercial growth, customer experience enhancement, and operational optimization across the organization. The role is responsible for shaping and executing the enterprise analytics strategy, advancing AI and data capabilities, and embedding a culture of evidence-based decision-making across business functions. Working closely with senior business and technology stakeholders, the role translates complex data into actionable strategies that support business transformation and long-term competitive advantage. Make an impact by: Develop and lead the Consumer analytics and insights strategy aligned to corporate and business priorities - Analytics initiatives deliver measurable business impact and support strategic decision-making.
