Aboutthe job We're looking for a UI/UX Designer tojoin our growing UX team. You'll workacross a growing ecosystem of DEX products that support Singapore's digitaleconomy, partnering closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Engineersand stakeholders to solve complex user problems and deliver meaningful digitalexperiences. You'll lead the end-to-end design process—from product discovery and userresearch through interaction design, prototyping, usability testing andimplementation. Working across multiple products, you'll balance user needs,business priorities, technical feasibility and regulatory considerations todeliver intuitive, scalable and impactful digital experiences. Beyond product delivery, you'll help shape the evolution of the Design System,leverage AI-assisted workflows responsibly to enhance research, ideation,design quality, documentation and delivery efficiency while maintaining ahuman-centred approach to product design. Whatyou will be working on: · Lead the end-to-enddesign process across multiple DEX products, from discovery and researchthrough design, validation, implementation and continuous improvement. · Partner closely withProduct Managers, Business Analysts, Engineers and stakeholders to frameproblems, identify opportunities and deliver products that create meaningfulcustomer and business outcomes. · Plan and conductqualitative and quantitative user research, synthesising insights intoactionable product recommendations and measurable design improvements. · Design intuitiveuser journeys, information architecture, interaction models andproduction-ready interfaces that simplify complex enterprise workflows,business processes and data-rich experiences. · Design enterpriseapplications, operational workflows and data-rich dashboards that transformcomplex information into intuitive experiences, enabling users to monitoroperations, uncover insights and make informed decisions. · Apply systemsthinking to simplify complex business processes and design seamless experiencesacross multiple users, systems and touchpoints within the DEX ecosystem. · Facilitate designworkshops, co-creation sessions and design critiques to build alignment andimprove product decisions. · Simplify complexworkflows and business processes into intuitive, scalable and user-centreddigital experiences. · Influence productdirection by framing problems, validating assumptions and using research andevidence to inform product decisions. · Drivethe evolution, adoption and governance of the Design System by definingreusable components, interaction patterns, design tokens and documentation thatenable scalable and consistent experiences across our product ecosystem. · Collaborate closelywith engineering teams to ensure design quality, usability and implementationfidelity from concept through production. · Use analytics,customer feedback and product insights to measure user outcomes andcontinuously improve product experiences. · Explore emergingtechnologies, AI-assisted workflows and industry best practices to improvedesign quality, collaboration and team productivity. · Contributeto the growth of the UX practice through mentoring, knowledge sharing, designcritiques and continuous improvement initiatives.
